HEALTH CONDITIONS

It is our policy at Inked Studio Inc. to only treat clients who qualify for our services.  Please make sure you DO NOT have these conditions or please get medically cleared by your primary care physician prior to scheduling an appointment. 

Please review this list of disqualifications:

  • Anyone under 18 years of age

  • Anyone who is pregnant and/or lactating

  • Any one who had symptoms of a cold, flu, COVID within the last 2 weeks

  • Anyone who is allergic to pigmentation and make up

  • Anyone with glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medicines

  • Anyone with skin diseases such as eczema, psoriasis on the area to be treated

  • Anyone with active skin cancer in the treated area

  • Anyone who has experienced post inflammatory hyper pigmentation

  • Anyone with undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the treated area

  • Anyone with TRANSMITTABLE BLOOD CONDITIONS, for example Hepatitis or HIV

  • Anyone who is diabetic (Please provide a doctor's note for approval as it must be under control for good wound healing)

  • Anyone who has a heart condition

  • Anyone who is a hemophiliac

  • Anyone with healing disorders (including but not limited to keloid or failure to heal)

  • Anyone taking skin medication such as Antasure, Accutane, and steroids

  • Anyone who is on long term blood thinning medication (Please provide a doctor's note for approval)

  • Anyone currently under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment

  • Any radiotherapy or chemotherapy must be no less than 60 days ago from the date of the treatment

  • Anyone who is epileptic who has experienced faint spell or seizure

bOOKING FEES & PAYMENT

All booking fees are NONREFUNDABLE & NONTRANSFERABLE. The booking fee must be received at the time of booking or the appointment will be released back to the public. Booking fees are used to secure your time and date. Your booking fee will go toward ser.

Your final payment on appointment day will be due in CASH. Credit Cards, AfterPay, and Cherry payment plans are available to use as payment. Please contact us if you are interested in a payment plan.

RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS

You may reschedule your appointment online at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. Clients may reschedule up to 2 times.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please text or email as cancellations cannot be done online. If you cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required for a future booking. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be classified as a "no-show" and will be subject to a FULL credit card charge of the service price. NO EXCEPTIONS.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will be forfeited. Additional deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. (Reschedules will be based on current availability.)

“No shows” will automatically forfeit their booking fee, charged FULL remaining balance of service and will not be allowed to reschedule, no exceptions.

PAYMENT

Full payment is due in CASH the day of your appointment. We are no longer accepting payment apps including: CashApp, Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle for final payment. All major Credit Cards, Afterpay & Cherry Payment Plans are available to use as payment. Please contact us if you are interested in a payment plan.

Once a service has been completed and paid for, there are NO REFUNDS.

MOBILE PHONES

We request that all mobile phones must be silenced in the treatment areas as a consideration to other customers.
